YM/WREA is pleased to host a live virtual Zoom Vinyasa Yoga class with Melissa Varjan, an ERYT-500 yoga instructor, a NASM certified personal trainer, and an NJ licensed massage therapist.

Recommended Equipment: Yoga mat and water
Class Description: This class is a Vinyasa flow class set at a slightly higher pace. In this class you will see lots of variety and some more challenging poses but there are ALWAYS options. Any challenge thrown your way, you can accept or deny. It is your practice and your body, and there is absolutely no judgement in this class. Expect to laugh, sweat, and leave feeling great! This class is okay for all abilities, from advances yogis to first timers!
About the Trainer: Melissa Varjan has been a lifelong fitness enthusiast. She is an ERYT-500 yoga instructor, a NASM certified personal trainer, and an NJ licensed massage therapist. Melissa completed her 200 hour Hatha/Vinyasa yoga certification at Yoga in the World in Hoboken under Victoria Arvizu and Anayra Calderon, and continued her studies in Spain, completing her 500 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa training at the Yoga Bubble, with an additional 100 hours of Yin and 100 Hours of prenatal yoga in between. She has owned a yoga studio for over 4 years and currently offers classes virtually. Melissa also runs her own yoga school offering 200 hour yoga certifications. Melissa takes a functional approach to yoga and predominantly offers Vinyasa and Yin classes. Her style is fun and playful (yet intentional) with emphasis on controlling the body and the mind, through the breath.
