Glove rental, wraps and water are included, and the team onsite will make sure you get all of the items you need.
Once you RSVP here on the YMW site, guests are to create a Rumble account here prior to arrival so we can finalize the booking in our system.
Plan to arrive ~15 minutes prior to class start to ensure plenty of time to get checked in, to get set up with a locker, and to make it into class for the pre-class, during which the instructor will walk everyone through the 6-punches. Check out this video if you’d like a preview!
