We are pleased to announce the March luncheon will be held on Tuesday, March 12th at 12:00pm at the University Club. This lunch will include a discussion with Michael Franco, President and Chief Financial Officer of Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO), one of the nation’s leading owners, operators and developers of commercial real estate focused primarily in New York City. Vornado’s portfolio consists of over 27 million square feet of premier assets, concentrated in Class A office and high street retail properties in Manhattan
Michael will be interviewed by James Nelson, the current Chairman. They will discuss the future of office and retail for New York City, THE PENN DISTRICT, navigating the capital markets, as well as the importance of giving back to our great City. Michael is also Chairman of the Board of Breaking Ground, a non-profit organization that is the largest provider of permanent supportive housing and services for homeless New Yorkers, among other charitable roles.
Invocation will be given by Glen J. Weiss EVP, Office Leasing – Co-Head of Real Estate for Vornado and Former YM/WREA Chairman.
