YM/WREA October Luncheon with Elliott Ingerman of Tribeca Investment Group at The University Club

Dear Members and Applicants:

The luncheon will be held, Tuesday, October 12th 2021 at 12:00pm. Join us for a conversation with Elliott Ingerman of Tribeca Investment Group, a privately-owned real estate development firm that focuses on transformative commercial real estate properties in New York City.

For 20 years Mr. Elliott Ingerman and Mr. Bill Brodsky (TIG founding principles) have successfully invested over $2 billion in office, hotel, and residential properties.

The reception begins at 12:00pm and the presentation will begin promptly at 12:30 PM.

Please note a few changes to expect at the luncheon:

• Per NY State guidelines, The University Club is requiring that all attendees show proof of vaccination.
• The University Club has relaxed their dress code. Ties are “recommended but not required.”

All are welcome to the event. Guest fees are $85.00 per person, payable by credit card, check or cash at the door.
