Dear Members and Applicants,
We are pleased to announce the October luncheon will be held on Tuesday, October 11th at 12:00pm at the University Club. This lunch will include an exciting conversation with Lisa Gomez of L+M Partners. Lisa brings nearly 30 years of experience in real estate development and finance to her position as L+M Development Partners’ Chief Executive Officer, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and its construction and property management subsidiaries. Lisa also leads the company’s growth strategy and has positioned L+M Development Partners as a nationally recognized affordable housing developer. Please join us to learn about L+M’s exciting projects and Lisa’s unique point of view on the market.

Please note a few changes to expect at the luncheon:
- Per NY State guidelines, The University Club is requiring that all attendees show proof of vaccination.
- The University Club has relaxed their dress code. Ties are “recommended but not required.”
All are welcome to the event. Guest fees are $85.00 per person, payable by credit card, check or cash at the door. Applicants, please ask about the discounted fee.
