Rich Monopoli: Rich Monopoli is currently the head of development for the New York Region at Boston Properties (“BXP”). At BXP, Rich has led land acquisitions/dispositions, complex deal structuring, and discretionary entitlement processes in the two largest BXP regions. He’s negotiated over a million square feet of anchor tenant leases, kicking off over three million square feet of new office, mixed-use and life science development.
Justin Pelsinger: Justin Pelsinger is a partner and Chief Operating Officer of Charney Companies. He brings extensive experience in equity/debt structuring, investment analysis, project management, and underwriting. He has managed over 2 million square feet of residential and commercial projects throughout New York City and is currently overseeing the development of 2 thousand apartments and over 1 billion dollars in capitalization. He oversees all arms of Charney Companies.
Josef Goodman: Josef Goodman is the Principal of Haussmann Development LLC. Josef is developing multiple ground-up projects in New York City. He has transacted $1 billion worth of real estate in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific across multiple asset classes. He has a BA from Yale University and a MA from Oxford University.

William Montana: Senior Managing Director in the New York office of Savills, Americas. Bill has decades of experience as a commercial real estate broker and advisor helping companies and other organizations discover how to best house their operations and provide them with the information they need to make well informed real estate decisions.
