March 2023 Luncheon

Dear Members and Applicants,

We are pleased to announce the March luncheon will be held on Tuesday,  March 14th at 12:00pm at the University Club. This lunch will include an exciting and relevant real estate finance panel featuring super stars in the industry:

Panelists

Melissa Farrell: Head of U.S. Debt Originations for PGIM Real Estate. In this role, she leads the originations team and is responsible for overseeing the origination platform of commercial mortgage loans across all major capital sources and property types throughout the United States. Melissa is currently on the U.S. Debt Executive Council and is based in New York.

Gary P. Curwin: Head of Large Loan Originations for the Commercial Real Estate Lending Group at Morgan Stanley.  In this position, he is involved in the origination, structuring and distribution of all forms of senior and subordinate commercial real estate debt, for both the firm’s balance sheet and capital markets. 

Moderator

Scott Aiese: Senior Managing Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has 16 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He is focused on debt and equity placement transactions nationally. Since starting at HFF in 2015, he has closed more than $4 billion of senior mortgage, mezzanine and equity financings for construction and stabilized projects.
