3:45pm Departure – Kayak South to Brooklyn, Visit Newtown Creek, Bushwick Inlet, Brooklyn Navy Yard, along the way to discuss Real Estate Development
5:45pm Arrive at Brooklyn Bridge Park (Near Pier 4)
6:00pm Volleyball/soccer matches
7:00pm Picnic dinner at park @ Pier 5
8:00pm Departure – Kayak north to LIC, while sun sets at 8:07pm
9:30pm Arrival at LIC Boathouse
9:45 pm Drinks at Sweetleaf Cocktail Bar
