Jason Greenstone

Jason Greenstone joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Services Group in July of 2012and provides brokerage solutions for landlords and retailers in Manhattan and nationally. His focus is on is strategic planning and execution of leasing strategies for landlords and expanding retailers.

Mr. Greenstone was awarded the REBNY’s Most Promising Commercial Salesperson Award in 2013.

As a Tenant Representative, Mr. Greenstone has worked on behalf of Bucketfeet, Buscemi, CH Carolina Herrera, JPMorgan Chase Bank, Crate & Barrel, Financier Patisserie, Skechers, Rosa Mexicano, Trader Joe’s, Tui Lifestyle, and Zang Toi. His current active tenant representation includes select requirements on behalf of Mighty Quinn’s BBQ, JPMorgan Chase, and Skechers, as well as national representation for Century 21 Department Stores, CH Carolina Herrera, and Muji.

Mr. Greenstone has also represented prominent landlords and developers, including EastgateRealty, Empire State Realty Trust, Madison Capital, Millennium Partners, Morgan Stanley, Related Companies, RXR Realty, Stahl Organization, TIAA-CREF, Winter Organization, and ZeckendorfDevelopment LLC. Current notable assignments include 470 West 42nd Street (Related Companies and TIAA-CREF; 20,821 sf) and 75 Rockefeller Plaza (RXR Realty; 49,045 sf).

Mr. Greenstone is the President of the Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders -New York and he is an active member of REBNY and ICSC. He also sits on the Executive Board and is the Vice President of The Pink Agenda, a subsidiary of the Breast CancerResearch Foundation, focused on raising funds and awareness in the fight against breast cancer.

Mr. Greenstone received his bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University in 2009 and participated in the Integrated Real Estate at Lehigh (iRE@L) Program.
