Alan Bernstein
Mr. Bernstein is Senior Vice President at Waterman Interests, a privately-held commercial real estate firm specializing in the ownership and management of Class A office and retail assets in major cities throughout the United States. Mr. Bernstein is responsible for the financial underwriting of the investment opportunities the Company pursues, and leads the Company’s leasing team.
He graduated from Tufts University with highest honors and previously worked at Apollo Global Management in its Real Estate Private Equity group.
