SPiN New York is a 13,000 square foot table tennis social club on Park Avenue in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. The club offers unparalleled table tennis courts with Olympic quality cushioned flooring and 17 individual tables, including a stadium-like center court, and relaxing lounge. This is the perfect place to burn off the weekend’s calories while having fun.
Spin’s current owners, including Academy Award—winning actress Susan Sarandon, gave birth to their paddle- and pal-friendly space in 2009. Renowned designer Todd Oldham, who has enhanced various interiors for the Sundance Film Festival and photographed celebs such as Andy Samberg and Amy Sedaris, lent his eyes and brain to a majority of Spin’s accessibly and aesthetically pleasing reaches. The spacious open studio is cleanly composed, with purple tables and vibrantly toned furniture contrasting a black ceiling, white Doric-style columns, and an eclectic crowd simultaneously dressed for business and pleasure.
