We are pleased to announce that the January luncheon will be held on Tuesday, January 14th from noon – 2pm at the University Club.
This lunch will feature a discussion with David Arena, Head of Global Real Estate, JPMorgan Chase. David has three decades of experience investing and managing large-scale real estate portfolios. In that time, he has orchestrated over $100 billion in commercial and capital investments, in 10,000 property related transactions — spanning 250 million square feet of properties. David served as the President of the Board of the Police Athletic League; former Governor of the Real Estate Board of NY; current Co-Executive Sponsor of Women on the Move.
Mr. Arena will be interviewed by Bill Montana, Senior Managing Director at Savills, and 2008 Chairman of YM/WREA. Bill is a top office leasing broker. He and his team at Savills advise companies on how to use real estate to make their organizations thrive. Bill is a member of REBNY’s Board of Governors, co-chair of REBNY’s Commercial Board of Directors, Chair of REBNY’s Leasing Brokers’ and Queen’s Committees. Bill’s charitable involvement is extensive, including his role as Chairman of the Board of Pacific House, which for over 40 years has supported the needs of the homeless in Fairfield County, CT.
The Invocation will be given by A. Mitti Liebersohn , Chairman of New York brokerage at Savills and YM/WREA Chairman in 1995.

All are welcome to the event. Cost is free and included for Members in annual dues. Guest fees are $100.00 per person, payable by credit card or check at the door. Active applicants, please ask about the discounted fee.
