Harboring Hearts Overview:
Harboring Hearts’ programs address the financial and emotional wellbeing of patients and their families & caregivers. Through our Community Events, we recognize the need for emotional support and solidarity within the heart Community. Through a generous donation from the LiveOn NY Foundation, Harboring Hearts is able to support cardiac, liver, and pediatric kidney patients with food, transportation, and housing across nine partner hospitals in the New York Metro Area.
We will be preparing care packages for these patients and families.
