We are pleased to announce that the May luncheon will be held on Tuesday May 12th, 2026 from Noon – 2pm at 281 Park Avenue South, an iconic 42,500± square foot Beaux-Arts landmark building situated at the vibrant southeast corner of Park Avenue South and East 22nd Street in the heart of Gramercy Park.
This month’s luncheon will feature an engaging fireside chat on the New York City real estate landscape with Adam Frazier, Chief Executive Officer of Columbia Property Trust. In his role, Mr. Frazier oversees the company’s overall business strategy, capital allocation, operational execution, and portfolio performance. Prior to joining Columbia Property Trust in 2022, he spent eight years at Oxford Properties, most recently as Vice President and Head of New York, where he led leasing, operations, and development for a portfolio that included transformative projects such as St. John’s Terminal and Hudson Yards.
Mr. Frazier will be joined in conversation by Dan Birney, Senior Vice President, Director of Leasing at RXR. Together, they will offer timely insights into market dynamics, investment strategy, and the evolving future of New York City real estate.
