Please join us on March 10th for an engaging conversation with Edward Minskoff, one of New York City’s most visionary real estate developers. Over a career spanning more than six decades, Edward has helped shape the Manhattan skyline through iconic projects such as 51 Astor Place, 270 Greenwich Street, and his next project – 375 Lafayette, earning a reputation for design excellence and long-term conviction.
In this fireside chat, Edward will reflect on the pivotal moments that defined his career—from his early days in finance and capital markets to becoming a leading owner and developer of institutional-quality assets. He will share insights on navigating market cycles, making investment decisions, and building enduring relationships, as well as how his passion for architecture, art, and design has influenced his work and perspective on the future of New York real estate.
Edward will be interviewed by Jeffrey Sussman, Executive Vice President at Edward J. Minskoff Equities. Having worked alongside Edward for decades, Jeff has played a key role in the firm’s investment strategy, leasing and operations, and stewardship of its landmark portfolio, bringing a unique firsthand perspective to the conversation.
This will be a rare opportunity to hear personal stories, professional insights, and timeless lessons from two leaders who have helped shape some of New York City’s most important office properties.
