We are pleased to announce that the March 2025 Luncheon will be held on Tuesday, March 11th from 12pm – 2pm at the University Club.
This luncheon will feature a discussion with Rick Cotton, Executive Director of The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, a role in which he has led some of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in the region’s history – ranging from a $30 billion overhaul of major airports to an upcoming reconstruction of the Midtown Bus Terminal. Under his leadership, the Port Authority has also advanced industry-leading initiatives around sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and innovation in transportation. According to City & State magazine, Rick “has established himself as one of the most impactful transportation leaders New York has ever seen.”
Mr. Cotton will share insights on how public-private collaborations are reshaping New York’s infrastructure, the challenges and opportunities of upgrading key transit hubs, and why sustainability and community engagement lie at the heart of the Port Authority’s mission to transform the region.
The Invocation will be given by Eric Englehardt, SVP of Commercial Leasing at The Durst Organization and a longstanding YM/WREA member.
