What:
Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island Kayak Trip: We’ll go kayaking around the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island with 1:00pm lunch at City Vineyard.
Note: Given this is a more challenging paddle, experienced kayakers only.
When:
Wednesday, July 22nd from 8:15AM to 3:30/4:00PM (please arrive by 8:15AM)
Where:
Meet at Pier 84 Boathouse (555 12th Avenue just south of Intrepid)
Bring:
-Shoes that can get wet (old sneakers or water shoes)
-Your own lock for the lockers
-Water bottle
-Energy supplements
-Secure hat / cap
-Sunscreen
-Paddling gloves
-Please arrive in quick-dry athletic clothes. Your bottoms will get wet. Bring full change of clothes for after!
-Nice to have: Dry bag and waterproof phone case
Cost:
$225 per person (includes tips for guides and lunch at City Vineyard)
Provided:
-ACA-Certified guides, kayaks, lifejackets & paddles
-Restrooms, changing rooms, lockers, outdoor shower
