Lenny Lazzarino

Lenny Lazzarino joined Edison Properties in May, 1993 and is responsible for all leasing responsibilities related to retail, office, warehouse and fleet parking services.  His responsibility includes assets such as 1120 Avenue of the Americas, 188 Ludlow, 5030 Broadway and 131 Varick Street.  Additionally, Mr. Lazzarino leads the sales efforts for Edison’s storage division, Manhattan Mini Storage.

Mr. Lazzarino has been involved in several hundreds of leasing transactions in his career at Edison and has serviced prominent tenants such as Mount Sinai, CUNY, Columbia University, First Data, Enterprise, United Cerebral Palsy, Verizon, AT&T and il laboratorio del gelato.  

Mr. Lazzarino earned his Bachelor’s degree at St. John’s University in Jamaica, NY.  He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), ICSC and currently serves on the board of the YM/WREA.  Additionally, Mr. Lazzarino holds a Board of Director’s position with the Northern Manhattan Art Alliance in Washington Heights/Inwood.  Mr. Lazzarino resides in Yardley, Pennsylvania along with his wife and two sons.
