Caroline Merck
Caroline Merck is a Senior Associate in the Agency Group based in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office. Focusing exclusively on landlord representation, Caroline is responsible for financial modeling, analysis and data collection, as well as the interpretation of market information, statistics, and pricing. She also plays an important role in transaction implementation including the creation of marketing materials, the preparation of comparative financial analyses, and the review of transaction documents.
Caroline joined CBRE’s Midtown office in 2013 as an Associate in the CBRE Wheel Program—a 14-month rotational platform designed to give selected young professionals a well-rounded foundation in commercial real estate. Caroline completed 2-3 month long rotations in various service lines including Research Services, Office Leasing Brokerage, Investment Sales, Consulting & Agency, and Debt & Structured Finance.
Upon completing the Wheel Program, Caroline joined the Consulting & Agency Group as a Financial Analyst. Her main responsibility was to prepare and interpret comparative financial analyses for office leasing transactions. During this time, Caroline also began transitioning to a role as a landlord representative in the Agency Group.
Caroline earned her bachelor’s degree from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina in 2013. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and received CBRE’s Manhattan Agency Group Professional of the year in 2016. Additionally, she is an active member of the New York Junior League.
