Edward A. Riguardi, Director, joined Vornado Realty Trust in January 2012. As a member of Vornado Realty Trust office leasing group Mr. Riguardi is responsible for overseeing 9.5 million square feet of space in New York City and San Francisco at world class assets such as 1290 Avenue of the Americas, 350 Park Avenue, 595 Madison Avenue, 61 Ninth Avenue, 770 Broadway, and 555 California Street. Over his tenure at Vornado Realty Trust Mr. Riguardi has leased 3.3 million square feet, including the following notable transactions:
Facebook at 770 Broadway – 300,000 RSF
Neuberger Berman at 1290 Avenue of the Americas – 400,000 RSF
Hachette Book Group at 1290 Avenue of the Americas – 140,000 RSF
State Street Bank at 1290 Avenue of the Americas – 120,000 RSF
Bank of America at 555 California Street – 250,000 RSF
Dodge & Cox at 555 California Street – 110,000 RSF
Kirkland & Ellis at 555 California Street – 130,000 RSF
Prior to joining Vornado Realty Trust, Mr. Riguardi served as a Project Manager for Merchant Equity Group where he oversaw the development of two large public private partnerships in Newark, NJ and Philadelphia, PA.
Mr. Riguardi earned his Bachelor’s degree at Iona College in New Rochelle, NY. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and currently serves on the board of the YM/WREA as its Treasurer. In 2015 Mr. Riguardi was recognized by the Commercial Observer in its annual 30 Under 30 publication as a top real estate professional under the age of 30. Mr. Riguardi resides in DUMBO, Brooklyn along with his wife and two daughters.
